DAILY OPERATIONS AT THE TNV HAI DUONG PORT AND WAREHOUSE SYSTEM
Every day at TNV Hai Duong’s network of ports, warehouses, yards, and factories, a continuous series of production and operational activities takes place—from receiving goods, consolidation, and storage to sorting, coordination, and delivery.
These seemingly routine activities at the main port warehouse are the foundation that enables Hai Duong Volunteers to maintain a stable supply chain and meet the production plans of customers in various sectors, such as thermal power, cement, boilers, and industrial manufacturing.
Continuous operations at the port and warehouse system
At TNV Hai Duong’s port warehouses, each stage of the process is organized according to a specific plan and involves coordination among personnel, machinery, transportation vehicles, and the warehouse system.
A wheel loader feeds the coal into the screening system. The coal is conveyed via a conveyor belt and transported through each stage of production. In the yard area, the coal is consolidated, stored, and arranged according to each supply plan.
In parallel with onshore operations, ships and barges are receiving, transshipping, and transporting coal in accordance with the delivery schedule.
The integration of these processes creates a continuous operational chain spanning receipt, warehousing, production, sorting, distribution, transportation, and delivery.

From the teams operating excavators, conveyor systems, and screening equipment to warehouse, mechanical, and logistics staff, each position plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall operation of the system.

Through this, the company aims to source coal that meets customer requirements, ensuring production volume, quality, and delivery schedules in accordance with specific plans.
Proactively managing the flow of goods from the port warehouse to customers
For manufacturing companies with a regular need for coal, the ability to stockpile and manage the supply is particularly important.
The port warehouse system enables TNV Hai Duong to be more proactive in consolidating and storing coal supplies, while also facilitating the screening, blending, and preparation of cargo prior to shipment to customers.
Through daily operations at the port warehouse, each shipment is prepared and integrated into the supply chain to serve factories, manufacturing companies, and industrial fuel users.
TNV Hai Duong’s Network of 5 Ports, Warehouses, Yards, and Factories
Currently, TNV Hai Duong is developing a network of five ports, warehouses, storage yards, and production plants for anthracite, bituminous, and other industrial coal types, including:
Port No. 1: Chau Xa Residential Area, Nhi Chieu Ward, Hai Phong City.
Port No. 2: Bai Sai Area, Kinh Mon Ward, Hai Phong City.
Port No. 3: Viet Tri Port, Thanh Mieu Ward, Phu Tho Province.
Port No. 4: Thuy Minh, Bach Dang Ward, Hai Phong City.
Port No. 5: Dien Cong, Uong Bi Ward, Quang Ninh City.
