Located in the Bãi Sải area, Kinh Môn Ward, Hải Phòng City, Warehouse 2 of TNV Hải Dương is one of the company’s key facilities within its network of ports, warehouses, yards, and factories.
With a total area of approximately 55,000 m², Warehouse 2 is designed to support operations such as receiving, consolidating, storing, sorting, blending, and shipping goods, thereby helping to increase storage capacity and ensure a reliable supply of coal to power plants, manufacturing companies, and industrial customers.
55,000 m² – Centralized production facility
The 55,000 m² facility allows TNV Hai Duong to organize functional areas according to each production stage and each product category.
The warehouse is organized into zones for raw material consolidation, sorting, storage, screening, blending, and vehicle coordination, which helps ensure that the internal movement of coal within the warehouse is carried out more smoothly and efficiently.
The large floor space also enables machinery, transportation vehicles, and production support systems to operate in sync, helping to boost productivity and ensure the ability to meet delivery schedules for large-volume orders.
Screening and blending according to production needs
One of the key functions at Warehouse 2 is to sort and prepare coal that meets the specific needs of each customer.
After being received and consolidated, coal can be sorted by type, size, and intended use before proceeding to the next stages of processing.
The production process is organized in a chain:
Receiving → Consolidation → Sorting → Screening → Blending → Storage → Shipping.
Taking the initiative in these processes allows Hai Duong Volunteers to be more flexible in preparing inventory according to each production plan, rather than simply performing basic warehousing functions.

The operations, mechanical, and related teams work together to maintain stable production, ensure safety, and meet schedule requirements.
