To ensure the plant operates continuously, fuel supplies must be sufficient in volume, delivered on time, and available on a continuous basis.
TNV Hai Duong proactively manages domestic and imported coal supplies, integrating its network of ports, warehouses, storage yards, and plants to increase storage capacity, production, and the coordination of goods based on the actual needs of each customer.
Through the seamless integration of supply sources, warehouses, production, and logistics, TNV Hai Duong aims to:
- Secure a steady supply of coal in accordance with each plan.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are in stock.
- Meet production output in line with the factory’s demand.
- Organize shipping and receiving in accordance with the production schedule.
- Aiming for stable and continuous supply.

TNV Hai Duong’s System of 5 Ports, Warehouses, Yards, and Factories
Currently, TNV Hai Duong is developing a network of five ports, warehouses, yards, and production plants for anthracite, bituminous, and other industrial coal types, including:
Port No. 1: Chau Xa Residential Area, Nhi Chieu Ward, Hai Phong City.
Port No. 2: Bai Sai Area, Kinh Mon Ward, Hai Phong City.
Port No. 3: Viet Tri Port, Thanh Mieu Ward, Phu Tho Province.
Port No. 4: Thuy Minh, Bach Dang Ward, Hai Phong City.
Port No. 5: Dien Cong, Uong Bi Ward, Quang Ninh Province.
This system provides a foundation for TNV Hai Duong to be more proactive in receiving, storing, manufacturing, and organizing inventory for industrial customers in various regions.
