HAI DUONG VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE AN UPDATE ON THE PROGRESS OF THE SUPPLY PLAN FOR LATE OCTOBER AND EARLY NOVEMBER 2026

In late October and early November 2026, Hai Duong Volunteer Organization continued to carry out its coal supply plans with a series of consecutive train shipments organized in the Quang Trach and Cam Pha areas.

From the completion of operations involving the MV YUE PING, preparations to receive the MV SPIRIT OF SEATREK at Quang Trach Port, to plans to receive the MV VIET THUAN 56-06 from Indonesia, cargo supplies continue to be replenished to meet the needs of factories and industrial customers.

Completed the unloading of 73,600 metric tons of coal from the MV YUE PING

Hai Duong TNV has completed the unloading of approximately 73,600 metric tons of bulk coal from the MV YUE PING at Pier No. 1 of the Quang Trach Power Center’s dedicated port.

The shipment was organized to support the coal supply plan for the Quang Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant.

Completing mining operations according to schedule is one of the key steps in ensuring fuel supplies and on-time delivery to thermal power plant customers.

The MV SPIRIT OF SEATREK is preparing to enter Quang Trach Port

Immediately after completing unloading operations on the MV YUE PING, the MV SPIRIT OF SEATREK—carrying approximately 60,700 metric tons of bulk coal—is currently anchored in the Hòn La area and is being prepared to berth at Pier No. 1 of the dedicated port at the Quảng Trạch Power Center.

The ship will continue to receive and handle cargo as scheduled to serve the Quang Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant.

Scheduling ships back-to-back helps maintain a steady flow of cargo and increases flexibility in fuel supply planning.

Plans to receive 53,500 metric tons of Indonesian coal from the MV VIET THUAN 56-06

In addition to their activities in Quang Trach, the Hai Duong volunteers continue to prepare supplies for the distribution plan scheduled for early November 2026.

Over the next 10 days, the MV VIET THUAN 56-06 is expected to transport approximately 53,500 metric tons of coal from Indonesia to Vietnam.

Preliminary information:

  • Vessel: MV VIET THUAN 56-06
  • Cargo volume: approximately 53,500 metric tons
  • Source: Indonesian coal
  • Expected destination: Cam Pha Port
  • Estimated time of arrival at port: November 6–7, 2026

The actual time of arrival at port may vary depending on weather, maritime, and other relevant conditions.

From Quang Trach to Cam Pha – Ensuring a Steady Supply of Goods

The consecutive dispatch of trains to various regions indicates that TNV Hai Duong’s coal sourcing and supply operations are proceeding according to plan on an ongoing basis.

From the source of imported coal, through maritime transport and unloading at the port, to mining, consolidation, and distribution—each stage is interconnected to achieve the following objectives:

  • Ensuring a Steady Supply of Coal in Accordance with the Plan
  • Ensuring sufficient production to meet customer demand
  • Maintain the pace of acceptance and utilization
